Shipping & Refund Policy
All of our products are backed by a 100% Grateful Guarantee. If you are not happy with our products, contact email@example.com with your order number. We will then either send you a replacement; or give you instructions to return the product, and issue a refund once we receive it. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. The return must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
What is your shipping protocol?
We offer discreet shipping through the USPS. All of our packages are mailed in a plain box with our generic return address "UVH, LLC" and always proper legal documentation, licensing and warnings.
How do you package your shipments?
All flower sold will come in heat sealed re-sealable Mylar bags, shipped with our standard legal documentation and a copy of the test results for that product’s corresponding batch. All other non-flower products are shipped in a standard box. For any specific shipping requests, or questions please send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
Where do you ship?
We only ship our products within the United States. All packages are sent according to customers’ shipping method requests (e.g., ground vs. two-day or three-day). We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $100 via USPS. We provide tracking numbers at the time of shipping. If you did not receive a tracking number, check your spam folder. The buyer is responsible for knowing the hemp regulations of your individual state.
What if my purchase is lost in the mail?
The risk of loss and title for any items you purchase from us pass to you upon our delivery to a carrier. However, we maintain hemp business accounts with USPS and UPS. If you lose a package, please notify us and we will do our best to work with the shipper to recover your package.
Do you offer free samples?
At this time we do not offer free samples to the general public, but we may include extra treats for you to try with your order.
