Shipping Policy

All hemp flower products are packaged in smell proof sealed mylar packaging with proper legal documentation and appropriate COAs via USPS 2-day Priority Retail hemp specific account. All other consumer products will be wrapped to prevent damage and also include legal documentation in the package. The return address will list UVH, LLC to prevent tampering and protect customer privacy. 

We strive to process & ship products within 2 business days of purchase date, if delays are to be expected, we will contact you immediately. Once the product is shipped, you will receive tracking information sent to the email you used to place the order.

Lost Items

It is rare, but sometimes items are lost or stolen in the mail, if this happens reach out directly to us at so that we can work to resolve the issue or ship replacement items and file a claim with USPS. 

Grateful Guarantee

We are proud to offer a 100% Grateful Guarantee, because if you're not happy, neither are we!  We will either refund or replace the products, with the exception of shipping and any other fees. Umpqua Valley Hemp is always looking to come to a positive resolution with our customers, so please contact us directly about your specific incident.

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us at with your order number or proof of purchase, and you will receive a return authorization
  2. Returns/exchanges to be sent via USPS to:

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and information regarding refund/replacement.
  2. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or missing packages for your returned items.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
